I had been yearning to photograph the tenderness, love, and joy of a same-sex marriage for years, yet hadn’t had the opportunity before. Supporting the LGBTQ+ community is something that I am personally passionate about, so you’d have to know I was delighted to connect with Michael & Afonso.
