I’ll be photographing the wedding of Lindsay & Mike at The Mill Lakeside Manor in just a few months. Thanks to Covid-19, it took a little longer than initially planned to get together for their Point Pleasant, NJ engagement session.
This past Monday, the stars aligned, and I had the pleasure of photographing Lindsay & Mike’s engagement photos at Jenkinson’s Boardwalk in Point Pleasant, NJ. Why did they choose the boardwalk for their engagement session? Lindsay says’, “It’s been one of my favorite spots to go since I was a kid! Once Mike and I met in high school, it was pretty common for our group of friends to gather there in the summers. As a couple, we have spent many a day at Jenkinson’s, getting ice cream, playing skeeball (poorly), giving away our tickets to the coolest kid we can find in the arcade (or the most tired parent!), and then just holding hands as we walk along the beach. We both find great comfort in the sound of the ocean and a beach sunset, so it’s definitely a happy place for us.
